Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 



Sweet! ships both nationally and internationally. We offer a variety of carriers (USPS, UPS & FedEx). Please note that orders can take anywhere fro 24-48hrs to process and ship out. If we are experiencing an extreme heat wave in California, it is possible that we will not ship your order (if it contains chocolate) until the heat wave has passed. If this situation occurs, you will be notified. 

International shipping prices vary by weight and destination. You will be able to add items to your cart and get a shipping price on site. If you do not see your country listed as one of the ones to ship to, please contact us to arrange for your order to be delivered.

If you live locally to Sweet!, you will have the option of In Store Pick-Up should you want to journey to Hollywood to pick up your order in hand. There is no charge for In Store Pick-Up and it is only available to residents in the area, unless it is a special events ticket.



Sweet! accepts returns of all non-food items that have not been worn or damaged in anyway. If you wish to return an item or to make an exchange, please either call the store (323) 462-3111 or e-mail us at [email protected]

If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us and let us know. Sending us photographs of the damaged item will be greatly appreciated. 

In order to return or exchange, your item must be shipped back to Sweet!. Once we receive your item, we will send the replacement or issue the refund. If you are local to Sweet!, you are welcome to bring in your item with your receipt to the store and have your return or exchange processed in store. Thank you for your understanding. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes: is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages and lost items: is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged or it is lost, please contact the shipment carrier (UPSP/UPS/FedEx) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
