1.1 Do you have gift cards?

Yes, Sweet! does carry gift cards in store. We are happy to help you purchase them as gifts over the phone, as well. Feel free to call us at the store with any questions!

2.1 What are your store hours?

Sweet! is open seven days a week, excluding major holidays and the Oscars.

Store Hours:

Sun - Thurs: 10am-8pm

Fri & Sat: 10am-9pm

2.2 Where are you located?

  Sweet! is located in the Hollywood & Highland Mall complex, next to the Dolby Theatre and above the Hard Rock Cafe. The mall has a parking structure or there are also several structures in the surrounding area.

  

 

2.3 Transportation

By Car:

  The Hollywood & Highland mall, where Sweet! is located, has its own parking structure. There are also several structures in the surrounding area. The closest major freeway to Sweet! is the 101. Sweet! is located at 6801 Hollywood Blvd. The cross-streets are Highland & Orange. 

 

By Public Transport:

  Sweet! is easily accessed from the Metro Red Line. Hollywood & Highland is the stop and it will put you out right in front of the mall. Metro Bus lines 212, 217 and 780 all stop right in front of Hollywood & Highland.

3.1 How do I place an order?

  Sweet! offers a few methods for placing orders:

1. Place your order online.

2. Place a phone order by calling the store. (323) 462-3111.

3. If you're country is not listed as one to ship to, e-mail us and we can send you a PayPal invoice.

4. If you are trying to place an order for chocolate bars from the Chocolate Lab, please head to http://sweetchocolatelab.com/

3.2 When will my order ship?

  Sweet! requests 24-48 hours to process your order. It is entirely possible, your order will ship out before this timeframe has passed, but please expect it to take at minimum 24hrs. 

  Once your order as shipped, you should receive an e-mail with your tracking information. If you do not see this e-mail, send us one and we will happily send you your tracking information.
